About HUATIAN

Manufacturing experience. Integrated thinking.

HUATIAN grew from custom hotel furniture and interiors. That background shapes our attention to construction, material choice, dimensions and installation. Today we also coordinate FF&E/OS&E, materials and project delivery. We help project teams translate architectural intent into coordinated products, materials and room packages. Our manufacturing base in Foshan and technical review of project documents support discussions grounded in dimensions, approved samples and delivery requirements.

Drawings and finish samples

Start with the brief

We review plans and item schedules to understand how the property needs to work before developing a proposal. Review the use of each space, room types, quantities and operating requirements before defining the quotation scope. This helps the client assess a proposal against its actual content and agreed specifications.

Item schedules, samples and approval stages connect furniture with materials, equipment and operating supplies. Record dimensions, materials, quantities, sample requirements and approval status for each category. Changes are checked against related items so that furniture, lighting, finishes and equipment fit the same space.

We work with clients outside China and review technical and delivery requirements for the destination. Discuss destination, documents, packaging and handover alongside the technical scope. Delivery terms and possible on-site work enter the proposal once requirements for the particular project have been agreed.

Manufacturing

A production foundation for individual projects.

Custom furniture and joinery depend on details a render cannot show: geometry, construction, material consistency, surface quality and preparation for installation. Repeat production begins with defined requirements for one item. Technical development, samples and agreed checkpoints help carry those requirements into furniture for different spaces and recurring room types.

Start with the technical question

We study drawings, room dimensions, hardware, joints, finishes and performance criteria before a production order is released. Resolving the critical interfaces at this stage makes sampling meaningful and reduces avoidable changes during installation. Compare dimensions, drawings, joints, material requirements and installation conditions. Missing information is clarified before the relevant construction is confirmed and released for production.

What we make

The manufacturing scope covers casegoods, built-in and freestanding furniture, upholstered elements and interior joinery for guestrooms and public spaces. Each item is defined by its intended use, technical drawing and approved finish, not by a generic catalogue reference. Define each item's use, loads, finish, hardware and components. Bespoke pieces and repeated items can then be related to the property's overall specification.

Why samples matter

Material and finish samples establish colour, grain, texture and edge details before a design is repeated across room types. A reference sample gives the client and production team a common standard for evaluating later batches. Samples support review of colour, texture, combinations and detailing. The making and payment terms for samples or a mock-up room are agreed for the particular enquiry.

Quality criteria

Inspection follows the approved schedule: dimensions, visible surfaces, components, quantities and packaging are checked before dispatch. Room-based labelling and protection of vulnerable edges help the receiving team identify and handle the goods efficiently. Checks refer to approved documents: dimensions, materials, visible surfaces, hardware and completeness. Packaging and identification are reviewed for product protection and clear goods receipt.
